Grilled Cheese Florentine
Garlic Butter
French Bread, Sliced
Monterrey Jack Cheese
Shredded Mozzarella
Tomatoes, Sliced
Baby Spinach Leaves 
1. Butter both sides of sliced bread and sprinkle with garlic.
2. Layer Monterrey Jack cheese, tomatoe slice, spinach leaf and shredded Mozarella on a slice of buttered French Bread.
3. Top with second slice of bread.
4. Grill.
5. Enjoy!
